We have strict approval process in our company. Can I use Monday in our recruiting workflow?
Monday currently supports shortlisting candidates and sharing these lists with other users in the same organization. A deeper integration in enterprise systems, such as Slack, is planned for the future.
We have a preferred payroll partner with whom we work exclusively. Can we on-board contractors on any payroll company?
Choosing Monday as a payroll company is optional. Any payroll company can be utilized according to bilateral agreement with the contractor.
Who can maintain company information?
The company profile is exclusively maintained by the administrator of the company. The administrator, however, has no access to teams, projects or positions of the company.
We are not happy with the contractor and he does not deliver on his promised skills.
Monday is dedicated to providing world-class talent and has implemented internal processes to monitor fraudulent activity. However, you can end a contract at any time and provide a poor rating.
I have some colleagues whom I would like to involve in a project. Can we join forces and act as a team?
You can invite your colleagues to Monday. Formation of teams is planned in the next release.
Can I see how often I have been part of a match or can I contact a company for a position?
No, the philosophy of Monday is to have companies contact you. In order to maximize your chances, maintain a complete profile, especially keep your skills up-to-date and maintain your availability for projects.
Can I not simply add all skills to my profile and maximize my chances for a match?
No, because it helps no one. If you cannot deliver on your skills, you will receive poor ratings and your chances of matching will decrease in the mid-run.
